Pana Donuts — Restaurant in Avon

This place is a secret gem that I’ve Never heard anyone brag about! So I actually am really happy that this place is located so close to me. Their staff is so so nice. Their donuts, are amazing, fresh, soft, & you can tell heart is put into making everything! The service is very fast, the bakery is very nice & clean on the inside. It’s just an overall delightful experience. My favorites are the glazed twist, lemon filled, & the coconut smoothie with coffee jelly!! I don’t go to Starbucks, I used to get the mocha frappe from McDonald’s but no longer. I will never have to step foot in Starbucks or wait in long lines for a drink...

Took my girls here this morning. I had the chocolate bar cream filled donut. The bread of the donut was okay…cream filling was okay at best. There was barely any chocolate icing on it. It’s my favorite kind of donut and I don’t have it often, so I wouldn’t go back because of that.

My daughter had a double chocolate donut and she took one bite and said she didn’t like it. Thought I’d try it myself and wow she was right! It tasted like it was made of a box stale chocolate cereal (including the cardboard cereal box).

They are just good. Light, airy, fresh, not overly sweet are winning combinations for these donuts. They are my premier place to go for pastries. When I don't have them, I am still thinking about getting some. Been to most donut shops in Avon but Pana is the clear winner. Yes, I will be a repeat customer.

The practice of asking for a tip at check out is almost insulting. What would the tip be for if you are paying employees fairly? Certainly, I will patronize this business on a regular basis, but from now on will pay in cash to avoid the question...
