Love this store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The merchandise is top quality as well as the embroidery work. I bought my daughter's letterman's jacket from them 18 months ago. I've since taken it in twice to have patches added. I went to a Math/Science high school without sports or music programs, so I have NO experience with these jackets. The owner helped me at my first visit, answering all my 'stupid' questions. Every time I visit, the staff has been wonderful, and her jacket looks great. I included a pic that's not a weird mustard stain, I just blocked out the name.

Update: It's been several years since my review. Since then, the staff here continues to be top-notch. I love visiting with the owners, Phil and his son, when I stop by to pick up or drop off. They also did my youngest daughter's letterman jacket, which looks perfect. My husband, who teaches high school, also became the girl's head swim coach at his school this year. For Senior Night, he had ASA embroider towels for the seniors, which came out beautifully. The towels were purchased...

I went into this place knowing nothing about it, never having met any of the employees. I was immediately greeted by Phil, who invited me to sit down to talk about the letter jacket I was about to order. He told me more than once that he appreciated me coming in, told me I'd done a great job with my son, who he said was a great young man. He then told me the letter jacket would be ready in three business days which I did not expect. Just a really good experience....

PJ was very patient with a niche singlet order—the lettering had to be very specific sizes to meet rules requirements—and was willing to do a small order. I looked really hard in the Indy area to find someone who would take a small size order, and using brought in new team singlets. Other places I called that were closer either wouldn’t do small orders or items that were not purchased directly. This shop was worth the 40 minute drive, I’m endlessly appreciative...
