I have been going here for almost 8 months now and I will be 100% honest I had, had nothing but great experiences.
Until today I went in and needed a fill, (I’m pretty plain Jane when it comes to nails, full set all pink acrylic and I either leave them plain with clear coat or I’ll spice it up with a simple 1 tone polish.) Today I had one lifting and I asked the tech if he was going to Fix it before putting new acrylic over it and He continued to try and put acrylic over a lifting nail...one of the other girls tried to explain to him not to do that...so I asked him to just stop and I’d wait for another tech...they all continued to speak about me in a different language, I was simply trying to make it known(in a quiet respectful manner) that you cannot put product over a lifting nail, that’s how people get infections. The owner was very kind and offered to assist me...tomorrow...(umm I just waited and you can’t address and correct the issues today?)... I felt so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave so I politely offered to pay for what he’s done so far(which had just been drilling and filing) and she declined to take any payment. Which I appreciate, But I am more than willing to pay for a service done correctly or one that I didn’t agree with I’m just not willing to walk out with a nail fungus.
I think the part I’m most hurt and upset about is they tried to blame me...saying “you didn’t get your nails done here, that’s not our previous work...”...yes it is, I have only gone to them in the past 8 months, and your going to make me the bad guy because your tech couldn’t understand you don’t put product over a lifting nail? I will never be back to spend another dime there, had they just addressed the issue, corrected it with out making me feel like I was asking for something unreasonable I would have been fine, things happen, but this totally just sh*t on my day, o...
Read moreI have been here many times usually get pedicure and either gel nails or dip nails with no issues but this past week I went in and got acrylic nails as I have an important conference coming up and wanted to look my best. I went last Tuesday 04/01/25 they looked really good but noticed the nails were already looking rough and lifted. I went back today 4/9/25 since it's my day off to get a fill and fixed and they look really good again but had to pay $45 today and last Tuesday I paid $55 for acrylic nails so not too happy that within 1 week I had to pay that much since they really did not last that long. I am hoping they last longer this time as I really like coming here for my nails and waxing and had never had any issues before. Customer service was still very good no matter what but I am just hoping the acrylic nails last a bit longer than 1 week as I thought they normally last longer than that. In total last Tuesday for Jelly Pedicure, Acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing and upper lip waxing I paid $164 not including tip which I felt was very reasonable the only reason I am upset is that within 1 week I had to pay an additional $45 today to get acrylics filled and fixed that barely lasted 1 week and were...
Read moreI went for the first time to get a full set and pedicure. I got the full set and Maria was nice and did a good job. But as I was sitting there there were many people coming in and the guy at the front desk was rude to all of them. It was busy but no need to be rude. I got done with my nails and they sat me for my pedicure. I’m t was taking a while and I decided I didn’t want to wait. As that is my choice so I went to the front and told the man I would like to pay for my nails and he pointed to someone and I told him no I don’t want to wait anymore. So he caught an attitude and proceeded to ask Maria how much for my nails. I paid and on my way out I let him know that he was very rude and not just to me but to others coming in.
