Is it me, or are the Starbucks in the greater Phoenix area just becoming a dump? Slow service. Horrible customer service. Continual stock outages. Dirty lobbies. I don't understand what's going on. I used to be a diehard Starbucks fan, but over the last year or so, it's been such a hit or miss. Unfortunately, there have been a lot more misses lately than hits.
This location falls in the miss category. They're insanely slow!!! Doesn't matter if you place a mobile order or not. They'll take at least 20 minutes to make your drink. Several times now, I have ordered on the mobile app before leaving the house for work. The app will give me an estimated pickup time. I live 15 minutes away from this store (it's the only one on my way to work) and my order is rarely ever ready. Oftentimes, I'll have to wait an additional 10 to 20 minutes. And all I order is a cold brew. Nothing complicated whatsoever. Why they take so long is beyond my understanding. After waiting 30 minutes this morning and being slightly late for work, I won't be returning to this location and will have to find another coffee shop.

Asked for xtra shots n did not get them. But I paid xtra. For nothing. The manager Araceli is rude and disrespectful everytime I come. If I complain she blames her employees. Despite the fact I watched her make my drink n not put what I requested in it. When I asked for the vanilla bean powder that was written on my drink as an addition that I paid for she said we are too busy I don't have time to look for it.
