Burger King — Restaurant in Avondale

I fall for it every time. I always think they cant be as bad as the last time. I drove up at 1:50pm and was asked to hold on a second, which is totally fine. A young man asked me what i wanted so i told him, he repeated my simple or back and it wasnt even close. Just a simple order of 2 whopper jrs and 2 small fries. I told him many times that it was a coupon. He then just stopped talking and left me there. After he came back I had to repeat it all again, he then asked if I was using a coupon, which we already been over. He wasnt listening to me at all. I then get to the window and I was parked, which is totally fine. As I was parked I watched other angry guest walk back inside with messed up orders. Before leaving window I told him I wanted 3 sauces, he shook his head and said he would get them, i knew he wasnt listening. Hes a young black boy with a small fro. I forgot to get his name. When he brought out my food it didnt have any sauces or napkins. My order was so simple. I'm so disappointed that I cant come in with a simple order and just enjoy my visit. When I went in to get the sauces I was just met with attitude. I would say to never visit this location until they get it together. This young man could care less about what I asked for. I am such a nice person and I understand what fast food workers have to put up with. But this was unexceptible. This location is the worst I've ever visited. Ok but much room for improvement. The food is what's expected from a fast food restaurant. Where it fell behind for me is on facility maintenance and cleanliness. The most annoying part was having to share my meal with 3 annoying flies. If they were nice flies perhaps I wouldn't have mind but they were all up in my hair, face and harassing my food. In general, it has the appearance of being clean so I'm perplexed of where these flies were coming from. Next, in the playground area (my favorite), it's always dirty and the game entertainment monitors are always "out of order". Legend has it that every 1000 years both monitors will be working at the same time but the prophecy is yet to repeat itself. Finally, the AC doesn't seem to work on the play area, yes the play area! Where kids are constantly running and playing. It's always humid and just warm, as soon as u step out you'll feel the fresh air. I'm not sure what's causing that but it needs to be fixed ASAP. The prices are fair and you could really stretch that dollar if you cash in your mail coupons. Customer service is good, you're not gonna be idolized but neither will you be yelled at, under certain circumstances.

Honestly Im giving this place a 1 star due to experience upon picking up a delivery not only did they make me wait additional time which third party drivers only get paid for picking up and dropping off we do not get paid wait time I would expect they take orders that are paid for as priority not keep pushing them to the side my tipping point was that there were several higher ups at this location at the point in time when they began to make dumb comments and joke in my direction as I was walking out the store for gods sake you work at bk relax your entitlement proves your comfortable making others life harder because your not confident in yourself the staff was overloaded with orders but its not there fault honestly I been in a position to lead and you dont do it being on your behind acting corporate you guys should be ashamed of not leading by example and embrassing burger king policy is clear and you guys are not professial engaging in kid like behavior watch who you come across might not like the outcome of someone like...
