If I could give a negative star reading I would. The man named Mike working the counter was rude, loud, intimidating and argued with clients, not just me. I had placed my order on line and when I arrived to pick up the order I went to the part of the counter where there was the sign ON LINE ORDER PICKUP. First he scowled at me and told me to go to the cash register where he was. Then he scolded me for not going through the drive thru stating all online orders are told to pick up their order by going through the drive thru. Then he could not find the order implying I had not placed the order online. After 15 minutes of yelling and intimidation and the intervention of another employee my order was found. No nee to say I was upset and angry and just took my order and left. When i got home the food was cold from sitting so long after being prepared and my drink was missing. After calling to advise I wanted credit for not getting my drink i was told the next time I come in they would comp me a drink. No need to say i will never return to this store and advise others not to patronize this...

Swear one of them was just taco lettuce n cheese no chicken at all. Just not sure what's up but yall need to work better on portion sizes especially if your upcharging! So yeah check your food at location before leaving window if you want it right. When they upcharge let them know to fill it right too! I came through the drive through I ordered and I didnāt get a response just a total on the screen so I pulled forward.. I get there and the girl opened it and asked if all I ordered was a freeze I said I also got two tacos. She adjusted the order and told me that I need to speak up because she didnāt hear anything I said and was rude about it. She opened the window handed my food and shut it before asking where the freezer was.
