Waterworks Water & Ice — Local services in Avondale

We've been coming to this store for about 8 years now and their water is always excellent. We not only drink this water ourselves and give it to our dogs, but we use this water for our 2 fish tanks. Both are 55 gallons each, one is freshwater and one is saltwater. If anything was ever off with the water our fish would react immediately and we have never had any trouble. Our tanks are crystal clear and corals and fish very healthy. I also highly recommend trying their "snowball"!! Its ice cream with a slush on top. You pick ice cream and slush flavor. If I could I would rate them a zero! They scam you EVERY SINGLE time! I literally go there every month to refill like 5-6 5 gallon bottles and every time I check out the person at the register which 9 out of 10 times is the younger girl that works the evenings that claims her name is Deniece says “ you have a free one next time” . Well today I had to tell her that can’t be possible because she told me the same thing the last 3 times and basically says “well that what it says here” but yet has nothing to show me where “ I supposedly got a free one last time, when I paid the exact same amount 7.75 including the .25 for using card. The ice cream is good, but the young lady that was working at this location 1.21.2021 in the evening had a really bad attitude. She actually appears in one of the pictures. I usually tip and at a place like this the tip would've been more than the bill, but she was notably disinterested in assisting my sister and I and neither of was loud, rude or anything of the sort.
