Very abysmal customer service at this location. I went in to buy 1 item. I see 3 employees behind the counter. The Hispanic male employee is going on and on with a customer without so much as a "I'll be right with you in a second". The other employees see me, but absolutely do not acknowledge me. It takes minimum effort to say "we'll be right with you in a second". I then asked the employee who was busy with a customer if there was someone who could ring me up, and he immediately got an attitude, saying "I'm with a customer... don't be interrupting me when I'm with a customer". That was absolutely the wrong line to say. Why all the attitude? Why all confrontational? Apparently he's a manager too. Really? Some standards you have there. The female manager was nice enough to take my sale. Did you hear that? It's called a "sale". It's what keeps y'all in business. Get rid of that guy. He's hurting your business, plain and simple. Read moreThis used to be my stop for the past 15 years as it is only a mile from my house. Not any more, customer service has gone to hell here. There was three younger kids (employees) all standing around talking while they had 4 people in line. One girl named Maria was on service registers but doesn't know anything about parts or how to look them up. This used to be a great store filled with knowledgeable employees who were happy to help you. Now, there are more people standing around ignoring customers. If every one of the employees took a customer, we all would have been out in a couple minutes. Instead, we have to listen to their conversations about nothing while waiting for one with little knowledge to slowly take care of everyone in line. I know the store won't care as I will now be a customer they no longer have to ignore, but I am happy that I will find another store that will treat...
Read moreThis place has horrible customer service. would have given this is zero star but there's no option for that. I have visited this location many times and always remind myself why I hate coming back here. Everyone seems to be lazy and don't want to help you. This last time I spoke with the manager to see if he would check my battery then you give me the response in a very rude manner that he was too busy and I needed to wait for one of the attendants as though as if he was too important to lower himself to go out and check my battery. I thought getting help from the manager would improve the service of this place but instead and that I'm being a big disappointment. I ended up going to the location on Litchfield Road. I give them a five star because from the first time that I arrived the attendant basically went out of his way to further explain what was going on...
