This place takes too long to do repairs three weeks for one laptop to get a screen replacement, and my other laptop was never finished when I called to check on it was told it be another week I told him I would come get my two laptops. the guy got very snotty and upset with me and then, when I went to get it, one laptop was there and the other one was at another shop I didn’t authorize them to send it to anywhere else I will not be returning here because of their poor business conduct I didn’t take time to make decisions and your lying again sir I only asked one time if there was discount for paying cash so don’t try to make me look bad because your the one who looks like a fool sir try to slander me again and I’ll bring legal...

Horrible experience! I brought my IPhone 12 to have the screen replaced after the lcd went out. The following day when we put our new case in the screen cracked in the corner I brought it in to explain to him , but he stated the crack was not under warranty after he told us the repair had a 30day warranty . He also stated it’ll be $99 to replace it after I had just spent $160. After 3 weeks the lcd went out and I took it back and he pretty much told us there’s nothing they could do. Save yourself some money and get it done right at an Apple Store with apple products if you have an Apple phone or you’ll just waste...

I recently had an old MacBook Pro repaired at T&E Repair in Avondale. This was my first time getting an Apple product repaired by anyone other than an Apple store. I was not only impressed by the work done, but also the excellent Customer Service by Carlos (he was very patient with all of my questions and follow-up phone calls). A diagnostics was done on my macbook at no charge, the results provided and a very good price given for the replacement of the hard drive (which had crashed).
