Pearly Nail Spa — Local services in Azusa

Cute spot but will never return to this establishment. The reason for our initial visit to the salon was because they say they offer JELLY acrylic nails. That was the only reason why we chose this salon as opposed to others in the area. We made appointments several days in advance, when we arrived we were greeted and sat down immediately. Ok! We're off to a good start!

That didn't last very long! Shortly after they began speaking in their language laughing. They carried on for a good 10 minutes gossiping amongst themselves and what made it worse was they were laughing. We felt so uncomfortable that I contemplated leaving however my feet were already in the pedicure bowl.

Our appointment was scheduled for 1130 and we did not get out of the salon until 2:30!!! It took them three hours of nonstop work on us to complete a pedicure which was completed in a timely manner but the full set was a nightmare it should never take this long to do a full set!

The full set was poorly done. They did not use clear nails for the jelly set. It's obvious they're not sure what a jelly full set is, they only have the jelly nail polish. I don't know the woman's names who did the nails but for someone who took that long to do my daughters full set it should have lasted longer than 4 days. The nails are THIN!!!!! She also cut my daughter with the drill which drew a good amount of blood. I was livid! We remained calm. We wanted to love this place but never again!

On the other hand, my full set is still going strong but rating is for my daughters set and for how disgusting they behave with the laughing.

They are also overpriced for poor quality of work and for how slow they move!

My daughter paid $55 for her set and mine was $51. Mediocre work should not be priced this high.

This is my to go spot for nails!! I love coming here because they have very vibrant colors and most importantly... It's long lasting ! I has these gel nails for over a month and i do work rough with my hands as a nurse, with lots of hand washing and sanitizing . I like getting acrylic under my gel. Next time I want to try these famous gel x.

The environment is really nice, It's updated and modern. Most of all. It's very clean. When you come in. You need to wash your hands with soap..

Manager super nice, friendly , greeted upon coming in and generous. She also does a great work on my nails. Her team does a great work, i had 2 other nail technician who have worked in my manicure and pedicure . I've been coming for 3 months now. It's always a pleasant experience . If u aren't satisfied: please speak up . They will fix it for u. They have great service.

For me . I do have oily nails and work super hard with my hands . I told them so they can work with my nails to make them last. I never had issues with their quality in the first place. That's why I'm still their regular customer.

Pricing is very reasonable for their quality of work. I'm so glad to find this nail salon. I been trying multiple places until i stumble upon this shop. I recommend to my friends and family. I enjoy coming here with my daughter 💕 😘 ❤️

Ps . They do accept cards . Cash prefer especially when tipping . BTW. I like my nails short if ur wondering.

brought my niece here on a weekday around noon. as soon as i came in a lady asked you have appointment? and i said no we’re walk in for pedicure and kids manicure. she hesitated but eventually said yea. We waited about 15 minutes to get in so we didn’t mind. Finally got sat . Water was really cold , my niece was sitting there for 45 minutes bored they had no music , no tv and were just talking in their language amongst themselves. The lady was extremely rough with the cuticle care and didn’t even do the scrub for thirty seconds..At the end we waited about 10 minutes just to be rang up and the price had me shocked! 45 dollars for a REGULAR gel pedicure and 20 for a kid manicure . To top it off, i’m not sure if she was too rough with the cuticle care or gave me an infection but my toe is red and leaking fluid on the side. Will definitely not be returning...
