Absolutely devastated.

My daughter just got the worst haircut we’ve ever seen, and right before her trip to Ecuador on July 20. We’re from Austin, but we Googled and called around, and this salon had great reviews plus they were recommended, so my daughter expected a nice cut. Instead, her hair was butchered.

They knew how bad it was, because they didn’t charge her for the cut and even gave her products for free. Still, the damage is done, and now we’re scrambling to find a salon in Austin that can fix it.

We have a rule, if you walk into a salon and the stylist's hair looks great, you’re in good hands. That was not the case here.

If you’re expecting a professional, clean, salon standard cut, do not make an appointment here. This place compare to, Fantastic Sams. What an incredibly disappointing experience at the worst...

I have been seeing Madi for a few years now. She always does an AMAZING job on my hair. She is kind personable and really gets to know you and your hair. As for the boutique it is amazing as well I try to avoid bringing my daughter because we will most definitely leave with something :) Tiffaney the owner is also very sweet.
