Employees placed the wrong chainsaw in the wrong spot and actually gave me a completely different saw than expected and won't honor a refund. I was under the impression the saws were just a different color scheme but the saw is a completely different model than I thought I purchased. It definitely not the one they had on the shelf for the indicated price. I need a refund, I have no use for this saw. It Can't cut through a 4" log without stopping the chain multiple times. This is a mistake made by the employees and they should expect upset customers with these types of mistakes. I wasn't upset about it all until they denied a refund. I'll take my business to TSC where they will return a saw. You can see saws on the shelf at TSC that were purchased, used fairly well, then returned. Only they weren't misadvertised like at Family Farm and Home who refuses to honor a refund when this is all their fault in the first place. The wrong saw is still sitting there even though they were aware of it yesterday when I purchased the wrong saw. What does this say about...

I had to stop in this popular Farm Supply Store today, as Team Leader Kody explained, This is a Michigan based family owned company (they also have over 70 stores now in Michigan with it’s corporate office in Muskegon) and it is chicken season right now so they have a wide variety of chickens and as Brittany the Store Manager pointed out this is a huge store in Bad Axe, MI with an enormous selection of items ranging from livestock needs, tools, clothing, pet food, home and garden, hardware and even automotive! I do like the stores but was a bit of a mess in this one. Different Things in the way from restocking stuff boxes ladders carts. Had a few things on my list to get and over 3 of then had no price on or near what I needed . No price no sale!!!!! It's not the first time any of this at this bad axe store. They need to step up there game. Surprising Sandusky store is better as keeping it clean and nothing left blocking the isles.
