I have known Pete and ASC for many years, and working with him and participating in ASC has been a sweaty pleasure. Pete is an exceptional athletic trainer, and I feel compelled to share my experience. From our very first session with ASC, it was clear that Pete was passionate about his work and deeply knowledgeable in the science and practice of athletic training while fostering a highly supportive environment for the group sessions. In short, I always looked forward to the sessions.
Pete demonstrated a profound understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, which he seamlessly integrated into the training programs. He was always ready to explain the rationale behind each exercise, how it would benefit me, and how it connected to my overall fitness and performance goals. The group approach motivated and empowered me with knowledge about my body and how to train it effectively.
What stood out the most was Pete's creative programs designed to help me achieve my goals. Communication with Pete was excellent, and he was always available to answer my questions, provide feedback, and adjust my training program as needed. If I wanted more burpees, which was never, he would incorporate. What was important was that he was aware of the needs and provided a challenging environment we all enjoyed.
Thanks to Pete and ASC, I significantly improved my strength, flexibility, and overall physical performance. More importantly, I developed a healthier and more sustainable approach to fitness. My energy levels have increased, I feel stronger, and I've noticed a positive impact on my mental well-being while forging new friends from the group who support one another during the programs.

I’ve been working out with ASC for many years and highly recommend it. First and foremost, all levels of athletes and all ages are welcome. Don’t be deterred for a second by joining if you’re just beginning your fitness journey or are getting back into it. One of the best things is that there’s absolutely no judgement in how fast, how hard, or how often you work out. You truly go at your own pace, and if you need to sit out a set, or three, do it. No one cares. We care that you showed up and made an effort. Second, while there are indoor options during the week, my favorites are the outdoor workouts. To me, it’s more motivating to be outside, rain, snow, sleet, or shine. Pete puts us through our paces devising a tough program each class. You get a great full body workout. Box jumps, burpees, bleachers, sprints, push-ups, wall-sits, and more. I’m always thankful to start my weekend off with an energizing Saturday morning workout. And Pete walks the walk…he legitimately prioritizes his own health in all ways, and that inspires the rest of us.
