CHIC FIL A BALLSTON SUPERVISORS STEAL FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE !!! I was nice in the restaraunt because the person at the register could not understand i was double charged. Then i was verbally cursed out by her boss several hours that evening. It is thursday and i still dont have my money. I will make sure that i be there tomorrow to get my money from your supervisor since he cannot understand english. I have the recorded call.

I attempted to make a purchase but was charged twice due to a misunderstanding between the restaurant staff and myself regarding a failed transaction. In an effort to resolve the issue without causing further inconvenience to the other customers, I contacted the corporate office.
Unfortunately, the supervisor I spoke with, Mr. Steven, had difficulty communicating effectively in English and used inappropriate language during our phone conversation. He abruptly ended the call before the issue could be resolved. It is concerning that corporate was already aware of the duplicate transaction but failed to take action to prevent it from occurring.

I went with my toddler, and there were some construction workers sitting at the table next to us using the F word and cursing nonstop. We finally had to get up and leave. At that same visit they gave my toddler french fries instead of macaroni and cheese, and when I went to tell them, they demanded I show a receipt and tried to act as if I were lying. They also charge a fortune to deliver at this location. I do not recommend it. Definitely not what you expect of Chick-fil-A. Last time I ordered delivery they quite literally sent us potato chips instead of french fries and we were missing three things from our order. I had to call them and it was forever to get them to put points back on my account so that I could re-order and then I had to pay to have it delivered again.
