I was just there, and I had a really bad experience so I give it 1 star. I love target and I shop there a lot, however I think they are falling behind on training their team members, you are in a business where you have to deal with customers asking questions, and guess what, paying customers are what keep your doors open! the way I was treated today is least to say unprofessional and rude! it is a very silly incident and the outcome could have been way different if the manager was just nicer! her attitude was just offensive! here is what happened: I got multiple items off the sales rack (swim suits, a shirt and a skirt) both the skirt and the shirt did not have the clearance red tag on them so I asked the lady at the fitting room and she assured me that both items are 80% off and just said when you are ready to check out just tell the cashier that. I get to check out and I tell the cashier that and she says no they are not so I said well why would the lady at the fitting room say they are then! the cashier said I will call my manager who looked at the tickets and before calling the lady in the fitting room said " We are not in business to lose money or give money away" , I was taken aback so I said "I am not taking anybodies money, this is what I was told and I am just asking" I was livid to say the least.... I just spent 50$ and I shop there all the time and she says I am trying to take their money!! she noticed that I was upset so she called the lady in the fitting room (not the one I mentioned her name of course) so I said I spoke with X so she called her and of course told her the shirt is 70% off, she did not mention the skirt and the manager never asked her! I said to the manager that I was not happy with what she said and that I am not trying to take anybodies money so she started talking about a stupid app I can download to...
Read moreI had very rude run in with one of the younger guy employees by the name tag of “Brandon” who was working the self checkout one time when I was there. I was having trouble with the self checkout and it errored 3 times with me he came over to me very (silently) angry scanned my item and literally threw it right in the bag there. I was so shocked/scared at the same time. That was one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had somewhere. Everybody is different and working in a job like that you have to be respectful, understanding, patient and show compassion to strangers. I’m have lifelong disabilities, so it can be a little harder for me to go out shopping. But that experience made me feel bad for having to deal with that experience and how unfortunately that employee treated me like that. Someone that isn’t so good with people skills needs to do other jobs there away from the all the people. He needs to do better and I feel...
Read moreI came to this Target frequently growing up, but I was quite disappointed when I came recently when visiting my parents.
I was trying to shop for my adopt a family for Christmas. I needed clothes for a teenager. I used to get clothes all the time here, but it has gone way downhill.
The women's/teen clothing section is half the size it used to be. All of the clothes are so picked over. We could only find one medium normal looking shirt. We could only find one coat in the right size. It's also a mess with clothes everywhere.
I was also disappointed that they still don't have self check out like other Targets do.
We didn't check out the rest of the store, but I would definitely not recommend coming here for any clothing. It felt more like shopping at Walmart than Target (and I...
