Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Bainbridge Township

I've been coming to this location since they opened and used to be a regular every Tuesday. Ahh the good ol days when people worked there and were happy, outgoing and SMILING and we had a party whenever we were there! Dave was the best Manager this place has ever had back then, we all felt like one big family! Wow has time changed. I don't think I saw one worker smile while I was there! Not even the Manager...maybe if you all smiled and were more social with your paying customers you'd get more business. I had my food more or less slammed on the bar when it arrived that even another customer at the end of the bar I was talking to saw it where I didn't because I was looking at them. I just shook my head and held my words in. Maybe everybody was just having a bad day, but I've NEVER been treated so poorly at this place in all the years they've been open. Maybe will have to driver up to Streetsboro and check them out next time I want some wings. Sorry for the bad review but "it is what it is" if you want your ratings to go up you need to improve on your attitudes...

The service was absent. 10 min before we were acknowledged sitting at the bar ( only 2 sitting there) gave us menus and took our drink order. (Bartender) got our drinks within 5 min.... then was another 15-20 min before our order was taken with another drink. We never got the next drink until I flagged a manager down about 15 min later.Didn't apologize for the delay and charged us. Another 20 min we finally got our food by a rude food runner that came up said " FOOD" put it down and walked away. Didn't see the bartender for maybe another 15-20 min , beers were empty... and food was gone. Asked for tab and tried ti give her my card. She disappeared for another 10 plus min and as we started walking towards pick up stand she ran after us. ( we were gonna pay at the front cou ter with the manager) Bartender took my card and walked away i was hesitant.... I should have been because she took it served other people than brought it back. Then hovered while I filled it out. I did tip because that's how they make money but in the end the service...

Service was terrible. I went solo and sat at the bar and had to give my single drink order 3 times and never got the 2nd drink I asked for. Food came out cold and was given the wrong even though there was only about 20% capacity in the entire restaurant. Asked 4 times to get our local baseball game on to turn all of the movies they had playing in the sports bar. No playoff basketball, no playoff hockey. Wish it was a one-off, but this place has gone downhill.

Also, went to order a chicken sandwich since it makes up the majority of the menu now and was told there were no chicken breasts because they were frozen. Didn't think to thaw some for Saturday night dinner??

*Pictured is the mess of glasses that just kept piling up while the servers and bartenders sat there and complained about every table and patron. The best was the servers eating olives right out of the drink caddy with their fingers and not even using a toothpick, which seems sanitary. Will never come back, been...
