EDIT: 12/18/21 updating my score to 3 stars… after having been on the road 2 months I ordered through the app this evening having heard from freinds they have made changes at the restaurant and I can confirm based on my experience today that things are MUCH IMPROVED. Food was ready when I arrived, cara were rolling through the chipotlane at a rapid pace and the 2 nice young men working in the window were obviously HUSTINLG!!!! food was perfect made exactly as ordered. If this location keeps this up I can see them dramatically improving their public perception and increasing their reviews to 4+ stars in short time!
Edit: 10/2/21 back to 1 star! ordered chicken bowl through the app and they DID NOT PUT CHICKEN OR ANY MEAT IN THE BOWL! This location absolutely sucks please corporate chipotle close it down!!!!
Edit: 9/29/21 upgrading to 2 stars because I ordered today again and arrived at my scheduled time in the chipotlane, My food was ready and made perfectly. This does not negate the horrible experiences I have had on many previous visits but I will give credit where credit is due and today was 10/10! I have no problem updating my initial review each time I visit I would love to see this chipotle location improve and thrive!
9/23/21 This location absolutely sucks! Please corporate chipotle force this owner to improve or take away their franchise rights! This is the 5th time I have sat for over 40 minutes in the chipotlane waiting to pickup my order and the line is not moving at all! My order was for 6:10 pickup it is now 6:51and I’m am sitting 3 cars from the window!!!!!! This is ridiculous and each car that pulls up they never have the order ready. Read moreWent here for the first time on 3/7 and sadly, my first visit will be my last at this location. Their tortillas warmer up front has an issue (assuming product was sick inside), and while they were scraping it off the shift manager told the employee to warm my tortillas elsewhere. So she went off being a wall where I couldn’t see, which made me uncomfortable.
Upon return, we began going through the ingredients. The half scoop of meat was pretty disappointing. She asked me if I wanted queso which I clearly stated no. She began picking it up and I said “I don’t want queso” several times but she still applied it to the burrito. I then told her again I didn’t want it several times before it registered and she had to remake the burrito. When we got to the shredded cheese there was very little put on and when I’d asked for more, she said “I can’t give you more than that”. My burrito was considerably small in comparison to what I get from other locations, and the size was disappointing for what we’re being charged.
My suggestion would be if you’re willing to drive a few extra minutes, Concord is good, but the Woodmere location by Trader Joe’s is the best. I pull to window and see 3 maybe 4 employees making food. So i patiently wait for about 5 minutes and then I’m like ok let me get someone’s attention. I blew the horn 2 workers look at me and keep working. So I’m like ok let me be patient I’m not going to get upset. I wait another 2 minutes and I’m like not one has even came to window at all. So i blow horn and wave. The worker a white young lady comes to window and i said are you guys going to help me and she no we don’t come to window when we busy working in inside. My reply was WHO’s working the window and she said no one were busy. I said that makes no sense considering the inside wasn’t open please get your manager. Kyle the manager comes to window and confirmed what the young lady said. I said i can’t believe this. Give me corporate number kyle said we don’t have a corporate number to look online. At this point I’m livid. I’m so confused on why i was treated that why. I will never understand why they looked me in the eye ignored me and kept working.
