Terrible experience! I am in this store at least twice a week. Tonight, I had an interaction with a sales associate whose name begins with a D. There were at least 8 people waiting to check out and she was holding a conversation with a customer after she had completed the transaction. She was laughing and sticking her tongue out removing her mask while other customers tried to wait patiently to check out. Proceeding to an available associate, I asked her what her name was and she yelled Dxxx. She spelled out her name, made a gesture across her chest and told me to get out of the store and stated she did not need this job. Her behavior was appalling. She also stated she has received 5 stars for her customer service. I find that very hard to believe. I assume those that rated her 5 were the ones she continued to talk to after their transaction was complete. I believe in good customer service but not at the expense of other customers waiting to check out. I reported her to the manager. I don't know if anyone talked to her to let her know all customers are important and her rude behavior was unacceptable. I love HomeGoods but I will not be shopping at the Aurora...

One of the mngr who works here (dark haired Italian looking woman. Slightly chunky. Maybe around 5ft4.) is a TOTAL BIATCH. I went to purchase a small stand. It had a price tag WRAPPED AROUND THE KNOB and NO OTHER price anywhere on it. When I went through the register it rang up 50$ more than the price on it. When this mngr was called up she RIPPED THE PRICE TAG OFF and said it's the wrong price. I called her out and told her it's bait and switch and the LAW that she has to sell it to me and she acted like a MAJOR BIATCH and then publicly humiliated a young African American teen working there screaming at her "did you put that on there?!!!!" Read moreUsually a fun time shopping here. However, recently I had an awkward experience with Maryann wasting my time. Maryann made 3 attempts to charge me multiple times for the same item, she rang the last item twice so I asked her to count them and in my face she deliberately counted the last item twice. After giving her the look of disappointment she agreed to start the transaction over. I watched very closely this time. Once she realized that she was incorrect with all 3 attempts to overcharge me, she never acknowledged it and didn’t even apologize but rather waste more time. Once everything was complete she insisted on going over the receipt with me one by one which made the experience even more awkward. Completely wasted too much time.
