I recently dined on Saturday and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. I have been a regular patron of your establishment and have always enjoyed the delicious meals you offer. However, during my recent visit, I encountered an issue that I believe needs addressing. My party and I ordered extra puris to accompany our chhole bhature. To our surprise, we were charged the price of puri bhaji for these additional puris, resulting in a substantial increase in our bill from $2 to $12. I understand that pricing may vary, but this sudden and unexpected increase felt unreasonable. Upon discussing this matter with our server, Meghna, she mentioned that the decision to charge for the extra puris was based on instructions from the owner. Unfortunately, this was not clarified to us prior to placing the order, leading to confusion and a sense of overcharging on our part. I have always held paradise Indian cuisine Restaurant in high regard and have never encountered such an issue in the past. As a loyal customer, I believe in open communication and transparency, and I trust that such matters can be resolved amicably. Also puris were full of oil which shown to server but they overlook. I kindly request to owner that you look into this situation and address the concern of overcharging. It is my hope that Paradise continues to maintain its reputation for excellent food and exceptional customer service. I look forward to your response and hope that this feedback will contribute to the ongoing improvement of you

My wife, daughter (9 yr), and I visited this restaurant after my daughter's volleyball practice (730pm on Sunday). My wife found this place on Google and saw a lot of favorable reviews. The first thing I noticed when we entered was how nice it looked compared to typical Indian restaurants. It has a modern look and is cozy with dimmed lighting. They have no physical menus. Instead, they have a card with a QR code that you scan to look at their offerings. We were seated immediately, allowing us to choose wherever we wanted to sit. The server came to our table quickly and served us water and a thin, crispy chip-like appetizer. My wife ordered samosas (comes with 2 and dipping sauce) and dosa. I ordered chicken Tikka masala (American mild) because I didn't feel like spending the rest of the evening on the toilet. My daughter got butter naan. All of the food was very good. The only mistake was that they brought me butter chicken instead of my order but no complaints because it was still delicious. The naan was more airy and crispy than thick and doughy that I'm used to from other Indian restaurants, but I still enjoyed it. The butter chicken was spicy. I don't think I would recommend ordering for a child if they can't tolerate a little heat. My wife's dosa was outstanding with all of the dipping sauces. Overall, it's a great place for dinner, and we would recommend this restaurant.

I ordered Rogan Josh, Navaratan korma, and Aloo Gobi, chili cheese naan, and garlic naan. The flavor on all of them was good though we ordered medium and it was on the rather spicy side which in our opinion isn't bad. The real issue was that the Rogan Josh was $20 for the dish and more than half of the order was bone, now I'm familiar with lamb on the bone when ordering Indian food (which our family orders often) though this was absurd, the ratio of meat to bone was vastly disproportionate. It was about 80% bone 20% meat (if you are looking for great Rogan Josh that is 100% lamb CAFE TANDOOR in the Aurora plaza is the place to go). The other bone to pick per say was when I called to address the issue they just ignored me and had me just on the phone in the background, no matter how much I stated "hello are you there? Are you speaking to me?" They just continued to discuss amongst themselves or continue with other customers? I stayed on the phone for about 10 minutes with no response and no one addressing me. To say none the least I will never return to this establishment and will refer anyone and everyone to the other 3 Indian eateries that are in the area and speak only blasphemy of this restaurant.

My friends and I recently visited Paradise Indian Cuisine for dinner. We arrived at 8:40 PM, knowing that the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. While we understand and respect the restaurant's closing time and the hard work of its employees, our experience left much to be desired.

The Good: The food was enjoyable.

The Not-So-Good: Shortly after we started our meal, employees kept coming to our table, urging us to finish our food quickly. This made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Even more frustrating was that they began clearing empty dishes from our table before we had even finished eating. This gave us the impression that they were more focused on closing up for the night than providing a relaxing dining experience.

While we appreciate the necessity of adhering to the closing time, such treatment is not acceptable. Diners should be allowed to enjoy their meals without feeling hurried. A simple reminder of the closing time, without the constant pressure, would have been a more respectful approach.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the dining experience, especially during the last hour of operation. After all, every customer, regardless of the time they arrive, deserves to enjoy their meal in peace.

Overall: While the food and atmosphere were commendable, the hurried service left a sour taste. I hope to see improvements in the future, as the potential for a great dining...
