I have shopped here several times. Everytime I come in I'm given the run around trying to figure out how much the stuff costs or what the sale is on. The employees on the floor either tell me they do not know how much the items are that I'm inquiring about or they give me the wrong price, and when I go to check out the employees at the register say another price. Today an employee told me pictures (not frames) were buy 2 get one free and glass was buy 1 get 1 when I went to the register to check out the 2 pictures I already had, so I went to pick out the extra items for the sale. When I brought them back up to check out she told me she never said that about the pictures. When I confronted her about it she told me she never said that and that she's not going to argue with me. I closed my business permanently do to robbery. I sent massage on the habitat for humanity Facebook messenger that I like to donate all of my cabinets, watch technician benches, showcase , and more. I got fast response then I called the donation phone number and Bri she was polite and helpful. Of course she have to get approval from the management because the warehouse it was full. I called on Wednesday 01/03/2024 and spoke to Bri then she arrange day, date and time to pick up which is on Saturday 01/06/2024 the service was an excellent, then volunteers the truck driver and the his helper did an excellent job. Very nice clean store great prices on used things. They have Lots of new stuff also like ceiling fans, paint, hardware for doors, lots of brand new lights, ceiling fans and ceiling fan blades, used furniture and housewares, small appliances, children's toys, and lots of clothes. Outside back yard has lots of sinks toilets, tubs, kitchen Cabinets, some BBQ pits, few gates. They also have tables and entertainment centers. The staff is very nice friendly helpful, and pleasant. Christian music playing in store. This is a great place to DONATE the things you don't need nor use anymore....
