Today, May 22, 2025, at 2:48pm, was the first time that I have had poor service at this location on White Lane. We went into the dining room and I ordered six hot dogs. While ordering, I told the cashier three (3) times that I wanted all six hot dogs to be all-beef and also split and grilled. The order took a very long time, and by 3:04pm, when the order was brought to our table, none of the six hot dogs were split and grilled. I brought this problem to the attention of the manager (wearing a red shirt), and she said, âWell, the cashier probably didnât know what you meant by split and grilled.â I replied, "Then your worker, if confused, needs to let the customer know that they do not understand part of the order. I told her that Sally, the owner, never had a problem with our orders before. At first, I said I felt badly asking them to remake all of the hot dogs again, but after getting back to the table, my parter said that she wanted two of hers remade, which the workers did. There seems to be some lack of training here in which if a worker doesnât understand an order, they donât say anything about it, but simply omit that part of the order that they didnât understand. The female working the window claimed to be the manager receipt said Jamie was on the phone for over 15 minutes while I was at the window waiting to order in the drive through then opened the window and yelled, "I'll be there in a minute!" And slammed the window. Another 5 minutes and a male employee with ARIES tattooed on his arm asked if I ordered something I had not and offered me a bag. I said I had not yet ordered. He asked again 3 times! Then asked what do you want. I ordered. He went to the car behind me and helped them but got that wrong because they got out of the car and went to the door complaining. The lady walked out to my car took my payment and brought my food and told me I had to wait for the car in front of me to get their shakes before I could go. That made me mad, why didnât they just have them go wait out front like other places do. Well then I get to the hospital to give my husband his food and they didnât even give me my full order and now I canât get a hold of the place, the phone just rings and then says there is no voice mail set up!
