I ADVISE TO PAY FOR THE CAR DRIVE THROUGH TO SEE THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS IT'S SO MUCH CHEEPER $25-$35 PER VEHICLE, WORTH YOUR MONEY. Came here for the Bakersfield Christmas town and it was a disappointment paid $20 per person 2 years and over we are a family of 5 so a total $100 for all and had to wait 30 min to get in regardless if you already had tickets in advance. If you did not have online tickets you had to wait in addition another line after getting in about 20-30 min to buy tickets to get a bracelet to enter. The only thing my kids got to enjoy were the jumping houses right at the entrance but for the other activities there was long lines about 30-50 min wait not worth it, and we chose to wait on the long line to see Santa other than the Christmas light tractor ride because of the long wait times we felt we had to choose between the two and unfortunately ended up waiting around 1hr 15-30 min to take a picture with Santa which it would have been worth it if the picture was included as part of the entrance fee but I had to pay $10 for the picture. By the time we came out of taking the picture the place was closing. We couldn't do anything else the only thing we had done for $110 was the bouncy houses in the entrance and the picture with Santa. To go walk though even if you had a smaller family unfortunately it's too long for the wait lines in the activities you only get the chance to do 2 things it's just...
Read moreComplete scam! No signs to show where to park. Thereâs no fake snow anywhere or even white fabric to make it look snowy. All the workers are teenagers standing around talking to each other and donât know any information about where stuff is. The âsleddingâ is put together with metal and zip tied like they use for construction sights, the kern county fair slide is more sturdy. The âice skatingâ is just white plastic boards and everyone is just walking on it in ice skates that dont fit anyone. Itâs just a long line of people complaining that their skates dont fit. The hay ride is just 2 minutes through basic lights and Thereâs basically nothing for an adult or teenager to do here other than walk the kids around but all the things set up for kids are just unsafe. This was so disappointing for $20 a person it look us 20 minutes to walk around the whole thing Im really upset for how this was...
Read more$40 for my wife and I to look at maybe one walkwayâs worth of lights. Itâs not anything like it used to be. We are not people that like doing the slide or the ice rink simply because thatâs just not our thing. We always loved coming and looking at all the lights and the care that the staff would take decorating all the exhibits. It was such a memorable experience that we always looked forward to. I understand with local ordinances for COVID-19 that things were going to be different but this is just sad. The workers didnât even look like they wanted to be there because of all the other families complaining about the lack of attractions for those of us that were walk-in. I canât comment of the drive through portion because I was not going to spend another $25 to most likely be disappointed. I work for BCSD and quite simply, I canât make that stretch and hope itâs...
