On January 3rd my son who was home on leave from the military came in for a haircut. He’s come here for haircut whenever he’s home on leave, needless to say that will be his last visit. The girl who attended him was very rude, rough. When he first got there she kept telling him he’s never been there but he’s been there many times before & she didn’t know what type of cut he wanted so he told her but not just once multiple times maybe she didn’t understand🤷🏻‍♀️Then when it was time to wash his hair she just walked away when he turned around she was gone/standing next to the wash area so he walked over. The whole time she cutting his hair she’s being rough & rude. My son is very quiet & very respectful so didn’t say anything to her. Once she was done it was time to pay he went to the counter. He’s usually given a military discount when he visits here but not that day. When it gave the option for a tip he put no tip as he felt not one was deserved, she had the audacity to huff/puff about it. This isn't so much of a review on the local shop but for the Corp office. I have had a good experience with the local shop. But currently you can only get in by appt. I don't always recall the password I set for my account which is my fault but trying to get the password reset through there Corp office is non existent. I have tried to email the support and they keep telling me that you have to do it through the link on their site. Which is fine but I don't get the emails on the password reset. I do however get all of the marketing emails they like to send out. I did manage to get one of the corp tech support guys to reset the password once. But this last guy refuses to help and just sends me canned responses. Can't book an appt so I guess they have lost a customer here. Its a shame too considering I have been a customer for...

Mikayela was my stylist, and did a fantastic job! Upon entering the shop, she was very friendly and welcoming! She took the time to confirm what I wanted done with my hair, and was very engaging with me. She made me feel like an actual person and not just another client. My hair came out just how I wanted it, and she even offered to style it for me. I forgot that I was looking to get my beard trimmed up also. Upon remembering, I went right back inside, and she was so nice to take care of it for me right away. Even though it was my fault about forgetting. Definitely felt completely cared for and had an incredible exercise. I got the MVP treatment from Mikayela, and it truly made me feel like a MVP for sure.
