Went to Savon on Saturday morning at 10:30. No one was there and it seemed to have not been open yet after seeing they open at 10 am. Wandered around town looking for a washer and dryer and then called back to hear they were open. Go into the store and find a new wrapped washer and dryer. Very pleased with them and my husband and I mentioned that we showed up early and no one was there. They quickly handled the situation and gave us a one year warranty that usually is $199 (I think) for free for the inconvenience. Turns out their employee had a family emergency and they had to scramble and get someone else in to open the store. They also threw in a free air fryer because we came back after looking at other stores. They are amazing gentleman! Very nice and helpful. I’ll be looking for a fridge in a few months and will definitely be back....

We purchased several appliances totaling about $3,000 and chose to pay in cash. The reason we paid in full was because their financing option charges 100% interest if not paid within 3 months—meaning our $3,000 purchase would have ended up costing $6,000.

We made our payment (I believe it was Monday) and were told delivery would be within 24 hours. Later, they promised to deliver on Thursday, so we waited—nothing came. We called about the missed delivery, and they promised Friday around 1 PM—again, nothing. On Saturday, they said we would receive our first delivery at 1 PM, but no one showed up. After that, they stopped answering our calls entirely.
