From beginning to end, I had an absolutely stellar experience with Trends. I had to bring in my 2021 Tesla Model 3 because I damaged the driver side runner when I pulled out of a parking space next to a curb and turned too soon, leaving a large 12"-18" dent and scratch. I have USAA insurance and Trends worked very easily and well with them. I brought my car in for a quick estimate, they gave me a ballpark in price and timeframe. They explained how the process would work and helped walk me though it. Then guess what happened...they did exactly as they said they would!!! I only had to leave my car with them for the time they said it would take. They worked well with my insurance on the initial estimate and also with the supplemental bill. And when I got my car back, it had been washed and detailed inside and out! Absolutely top notch service. I was floored how open they were with me, letting me know any potential issues that may come up and working seamlessly with my insurance. They are a perfect example of under-promising and over-delivering! And on-top of all of that, they actually accommodated me in several areas, that they really didn't have to. They clearly care about customer service.

Now, I want to contrast that experience with with another local auto collision place that I took my car to previously for some work that was an absolute nightmare to work with. That particular group kept my car for over a month, refused to work with my insurance half way into everything because they tried to charge outrageous rates and brand new tools to my insurance. That group demanded I pay them thousands of dollars out of pocket to get my car back and only when I threatened to get lawyers involved did I suddenly get my car released to me. And when I got it back, the exterior and interior were trashed. My car was filthy, covered in dust, dirt and grease.

So when I came to Trends, I was a bit gun-shy, but hoping this experience would be different than that other group. And thankfully it was! Trends absolutely excelled in everything. It's a sad commentary on our society and culture that Customer Service is all but dead in most businesses, but not at Trends. They are competent, helpful and get this...they are honest and upfront about everything, imagine that! I hope I wont "HAVE" to get my car fixed again, but if I do, I will absolutely be bringing it to Trends and encouraging everyone else to also! They turned a unfortunate situation into one that was absolutely easy to deal with and really restored my faith in what an auto-body shop can do for a customer. I can not praise them enough!

This is the only shop I will trust with my car now ! I love this shop . They are always very helpful and keep me informed. If I have a question, I can always call, and they answer . I've been using them for about over 2 years now, and I'm never disappointed with the work they do . Will and Brayam (aka brian )are amazing. always nice and friendly and go above and beyond . I've had whole doors replaced and parts on my car painted ,windows tinted after my car was broken into, and my original tinted window was smashed ( they matched it perfectly). Also, my bumper got smashed in a hit and run, and it came out brand new !! Everything they have done has came out looking amazing. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on everything they have painted, so if it starts to peel or crack, they will redo it . Which hasn't happened, but it's always nice to have . Manny the Owner has also given me a few deals since I been a loyal customer, and I appreciate it very much ! I should have written this review sooner, but I need to give credit where credit is due ! And they deserve it. I wish I could give them a ten star because 5 doesn't seem like enough. So thank you all at trends 🙌 ❤️ you guys...

I took my vehicle here after getting hit. Talked to the front staff and they ensured I was going to be taken care of and that they would work on getting all the damage covered by the insurance covered. They did an excellent job at ensuring everything was covered. Where they fell short was when it came time to complete the work. The length of stay went past my covered rental time frame which was fine because I had another vehicle but it is a gas guzzler. When I got the car back I had the services that were done still on my front window from the overspray of clear, then my blinker light was not installed correctly and fell out inside the housing days following getting the car back, then I was under the car for some routine maintenance and realized they only put 1 of the bumper retainers on the front bumper when it needed 7 total, then I look at the body damage that was fixed and from an angle I could see all the waves where the bondo wasn’t feathered properly to blend the...
