I am not one to write reviews, but this encounter was so hateful and evil that I have to warn other customers! I just had the worst experience in XO Beauty Supply yesterday! Do you realize the thousands of dollars that I have spent in your store? How dare your employee fly off the handle on me! I was being checked out by a new girl and a long time worker accused me of “chewing her out” about mispronouncing my name. That is a LIE! What is the deal with her? Am I being profiled? Have we not learned anything from doing that in this country? It’s a sad day when a long time , loyal customer gets mistreated by your own employee. My daughter was with me and said, “Mom, what is she talking about? That’s not even your personality.” Also, I didn’t like all the cussing that was going on that my 10 year old had to listen to. XO, get a handle on your employees attitudes, language, and demeanor. If you want proof of what I’m saying, I will give you dates that I have visited your store and you can watch my interaction with her on your cameras! I have ALWAYS been nice to her, the other employees, and the owner. It’s a beauty supply. Nothing in there is that serious! Next time, do a fact check before you lash out at a customer. Shame...

Staff will shout if you don't have a Mask on. Don't have one? Of course they will sell you one. What a horrible place to shop. Rude. Trying to force paying customers to put something on their face. Disgusting practice of singling out their own customers. Your requirements do not mean to shout and be as rude. Want to stay away from the virus, close up shop. With all vaccinated doesn't mean we have to keep with this mask mandate. Mandates are not laws. Do what you want. I will take my money elsewhere where they appreciate business instead of hiding behind what your response...

This was my favorite store for lashes and good quality drugstore makeup always so helpful and welcoming girls ALWAYS have a great energy but the last time i went in there was a new girl or maybe someone i just never seen she was a short , dark , latina , really quiet . She followed me and my sister around the store the whole time right over our shoulder made us feel so unwelcomed !! didnt let it bother me but i really hope this doesnt happen again this store is my favorite and i dont want...
