Starbucks — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I used to love going to this location in the mornings as they were one of the few in my way to work that doesn't screw simple tasks up. Now, there's one particular employee that screws my drink up every time she's at the bar. I get the same drink and it's only this one employee that messes it up. I watched her once to see what she's doing wrong and she's just sloppy but it definitely comes out in the end result. She's got a bad attitude too as one time I asked her if she could add something to the drink that I personally witnessed her omit and she glared at me like I just called her a bad name or something.

I don't usually expect stellar performance from fast food establishments but then if Taco Bell started charging the insane markup on their tacos and burritos as Starbucks charges on their coffee then things...

Headquarters keep this one running It has the best STABLE service and latest Devaan and Dani are always but always excellent I do not observe this many other locations I go out of my way to come here and get my daily Starbucks needs😘😘

Best customer service kudos to the manager dear Vivi thanks for making my day. Jamie and Emily are awesome the brand requires this type of customer service and for that they should be promoted and awarded yes is great to work on strabucks but it is not an easy job and that is my observation multi tasking on steroids and not every franchise fits to the brand this...

So I ordered one of the berry refreshers. First, they ran out of the one I ordered. So I asked for the very berry hibiscus... They ran out of the berries for that so I was offered strawberries instead. When I finally got to the window, they told me they ran out of strawberries. At this point I just needed something to drink so I asked for a discount. They were trying to rebuttal with the pretext that the flavor doesn't change without the berries. So why the hell do they even bother to put berries in their drinks if the berries have no effect on the drink.
