This place is WACK! Literally everytime I went here I encountered price gouging, false advertising, and just plain silliness. Yesterday & placed a LARGE order & called to make sure everythings was ok before I started my long drive there. ( I ALWAYS call back and demand to speak to some one else because everytime I ordered the first person I spoke too was wrong n I would of drove there for nothing) the first lady said they didn't have one of the Half Ozs I placed my order for. So I'm like cool, replace it with one of the other half oz old pal. She says cool! I call back right before leaving home ( LUCKILY I DID) & this other lady goes on to tell me they have NOTHING that I placed my order for? I explained my confusion as to why all the items were on there site still & I was aloud to place the order, n how the last lady said everything was fine that she will see me soon.

PROS- SOMETIMES (rarely) has good deals on shake witch is a must buy!

CONS - Not Consistent False Advertising Clear as Day Price Gouging WILL have you drive there thinking your good , and your DEFINITELY NOT! Without sales, I'd never buy a thing from here. -Clearly Untrained Staff Owner should probably go back to her last job. -THE ONLY place in MD that does what they call " "" Not Stacking Discounts, What would we look like selling something 50% OFF they say? """ ---- Majority of the staff are NOT people persons and are highly untrained and ignorant. --- Known for not putting peoples stuff in the Bag yet saying " YOUR GOOD TO GO" many customers get home and are missing IDS, product, Money, n more.

Conclusion, Sweet buds Has A.LONG Way Too Go & probably won't survive in the upcoming competitive market place!

I have been coming here over a year now and will probably still stop in, but after my visit today I am perturbed and have to make a comment. The selection here is wonderful, the security guards are welcoming and friendly, and MOST of the budtenders are knowledgeable and good at their job. Sometimes service does feel rushed but it does get busy in there at times. The problem I have from recent visits, and particularly today, is with a budtender named Nick. He has waited on me before and has a kind of curt, cocky attitude that I previously ignored. He makes it apparent with his demeanor that he doesn’t like his job and doesn’t want to be there. He comes off grumpy and condescending.

Today he tried rushing me through service again. He barely offered help/suggestions and literally SCOFFED at me when I told him I hadn’t heard of a particular brand (sorry I’m not an industry expert?). While checking me out I inquired about my points/using them and this agitated him further and resulted in some incoherent explanation from him about pricing/discounts and me giving up and just paying full price. While printing my receipt out he could see my frustration and eyes rolling and tried to turn back his behavior by calmly suggesting I come back “mid week” when other brands will be in. At this point it was too late and I just wanted to get out of there.

I apologize for the length of this review. However, when I spend thousands of dollars somewhere, I expect decent service that isn’t rushed from people that are actually happy...

Place is trash. No message sent that they sold out. Excuses.. Apparently when you pay for a medical card...its just so you don't pay taxes? All prices have gone up! Their workers just walk away.....such disrespect. GO TO PEAKE RELIEF AND PAY A BETTER PRICE FOR BETTER PRODUCT AND ITS ROCKVILLE AND THEY STILL DO A BETTER JOB WITH 3 TIMES MORE TRAFFIC!! THEY SELL BULK NOT LIKE FREDERICK...STOP GETTING CONNED.

Grow up and customer service and business. Drug dealing at it's finest.

To the owner - the fact that 2 strains were out within minutes of me ordering. The chat was slow and left me hanging. Took 3 orders to get my medicine......3 times.....Why can't you remove the product once notified? Why doesn't your team apologize when this happens? How about a phone call? I order what works for me so when you are out I look for another product close to my first choice. So when you are twice out of product...it sucks....the second time, I was on my way.

This is the issue!!!!!!! Lowered to one star.....you know the frustration this causes patients....for some of us...its medicine and not just to get high!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed, the site never reflects true stock. Out of stock on 2 strains in minutes of each other....sote still shows the same products as available.....its 2022, get your act together and learn to make concessions...its medicine!!!!!! Terrible customer service. 4th time total.....This is no longer my go to. Try kannavis.....10x better service and they understand...
