BUYER BEWARE While their smoothies are great, on not one but 2 instances I was charged 18.99 for a CASE of Bang energy when I purchased a single can and heaven forbid the time I purchased 2 cans and was charged for 2 cases with my smoothie. After reaching out to the store directly and told "we need the original receipt or we can't help you" I reached out to the franchise corporate office who simply needed just my name and phone number to lookup my order history through the app. I went in today only to find out that the barcode for the Bang energy drink itself rings in for the full case and not a single can & they KNOW IT which is why she manually changed the item in the register to come up with the correct price.
I only noticed the price gouge after my bank flagged the rather large transaction when it knows my history at the store. I do not generally save receipts nor ask for them to save the paper, I also generally don't have to worry about a charge of an extra $16 - 32 on a single transaction and where a store is busy and loud and you cannot hear the cashier state the amount of the transaction.
After speaking to the franchise store corporate support they are reaching out to the store directly on my behalf as the manager on duty when I was in refused to advise me when the store GM would be in to discuss with them directly. That said, from now on I will only place my orders online through the app where I can verify that the price is correct when its placed without question.

On top of that I was going to pay for another smoothie and give more business.. he still said my smoothie couldn’t be remade. The supervisor wasn’t using any gloves changing the mix’s his uniform was dirty, and he was completely rude and unprofessional. It was my first time coming to smoothie king, only to receive this service. I am very disappointed!

When I walked in, I witnessed a man trying to reach over the counter to grab a straw while the employee was standing in front of the straws and told the customer "there are straws over there" towards the exit. After I placed my order, the employee seemed to be putting ingredients in at random and kept stopping blending to pour tap water. The smoothie didn't taste right, so I called and asked for a refund. He said the manager is the only one who can do refunds but he's not here, and he doesn't do refunds anyway. When I asked why the smoothie tastes different he said he "forgot dates" and that he can remake it. But when I came back in the store he was using different ingredients than he originally used, so it wasn't just a matter of forgetting one ingredient.
