Old Navy — Local services in Ballwin

I don't usually complain, but Old Navy ... do better. I went to the Ballwin store, had a stack of clothes and I pay attention to sales signs - all but 2 items were on sale racks. The lady rings them up - nothing came up on sale until I complained and she called a manager over. He tells her to override the clearance price on one item because that came up wrong and he is only going to give me sale prices on 2 other items (he apparently had to hit an extra button to get the sale prices to come up), otherwise I need to take even more time to go around with him and show him signs to prove it. Standing in the checkout line was long enough for me while I was dealing with a cramp in my calf. I get home, look up everything online, and guess what? It was all on sale like I told them!! I don't even feel the need to buy it anymore. They don't need my business if they are going...

I went to this location other day, and I noticed this one worker that really made my day. His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. From someone who used to work retail, it's so important to always treat people with kindness, and Duncan treated me with a smile in a day...

Extra fabulous today!! I was met at the door by I believe the mgr or assistant mgr, asked if I needed help. Then she checked me out, asking did you find everything and will you be using your Old Navy card as she saw my coupon (a card member coupon) i said no, my daughter has a card and this came to our house.
