Dollar Tree — Local services in Ballwin

The old woman who works there is extremely hostile with customers and employees. She rudely told someone to take their basket and then dumped it out on the counter. And I mean dumped with no regard to not damaging the items. She was rude to the same woman who mistakenly hit cash back 50 and actually yelled at her coworkers that “she couldn’t do anything about this” while the customer apologized profusely for it. Then how she spoke to the younger coworker who was leaving was appalling, degrading her in front of customers. If that’s how she talked to other workers in front of us, how does she talk to them in private? I felt deeply uncomfortable watching this display that I put my things back. That’s just customer experience with the employees, the store itself is poorly stocked with no selection, dim lighting, and disorganized with what bare shelves are left. Overall 0/10 experience and someone really needs to either fire that old woman or talk to her because she is the reason I don’t want to come back. Or at least give the young...

I'm not sure what store this is but most DollarTree stores are fine. However, the store on Elm Street and 370 in St. Charles Mo. 63301 is a disgusting mess all day, every day. It's disorganized, dirty and 'under" stocked and very rarely is there more than one lane opened. "Everyone" (customers) in the store comments on the condition of this store , in it and at other Dollar Tree stores.The store about 2 miles from there on First Capitol Dr. and Kingshighway is twice as big and is "always" well stocked, organized, and clean. This location is the only one I have been to where the workers act like they are all stressed and depressed. The Supervisor is horrible at customer service and speaking, or smiling while on the floor to customers. This is also the only dollar tree that makes you have the receipt for an exchange like things in there are different prices. I hate this location and everything about it.
