I purchased two shirts for online pick up. When I got there one of the shirts looked a little big so I asked for a smaller size. The employee had no idea how to accommodate that. She then says to make a purchase onsite right then but didn’t know how to handle the factory card was already charged. She said I wouldn’t be charged if I didn’t pick it up but that wasn’t true as I saw my card get charged just after my purchase. She asked another employee and he didn’t know either but he didn’t care as he was trying to help someone else with a similar problem. They went in the back and got the manager but when she came out no one said anything about helping me get my order right. I left with a shirt that doesn’t fit. She looked online and found something similar to what I was looking for at another location. When ai went to the second location, the two sales associates were also friendly, polite, and helpful.
