i have emailed and left a comment on their instagram (which has been deleted, this probably will be, too). this business is horrible. i was publicly shamed and humiliated on saturday (5/31) when i was in their fitting room trying on items. i had a dress on which i needed help getting into. i texted my bf to come help me. mind you, this is the first time i’ve been in their store. the saleswoman knocks and asks is everything okay and i tell her yes. i explained the situation about my dress and needing my boyfriend’s help. no problem, she said. not even a minute later, she is LOUDLY telling us there can’t be more than two people in the fitting room and he needs to come out right now. that she isn’t leaving until he comes out. she keeps aggressively repeating this over and over again until he does. mind you, my bf has parkinson’s disease. it takes him a minute, as his movements can be a little slower. from the time he got in until he was finished helping me, maybe 1-2 minutes. nothing unsavory was happening. as i walked out, people were staring at me. i was shaking. felt so ashamed and humiliated. i’ve emailed management to no avail. i’ve also left a comment on their instagram, which they deleted. i will never shop in their store again. but bigger than this, i keep thinking about those with disabilities who may shop in their store. who may need another person’s assistance. this was and continues to be handled poorly. if you’re someone with any kind of a disability, do not shop at any of their locations. they do not...
Read moreThe prices are good, and you definitely get a great deal, but there are inconsistencies in pricing. For instance, I noticed that some items from the same brand were priced twice as much, despite little difference in quality. I'm giving the store a five-star rating because I really enjoy shopping there, but my experience at checkout was less than pleasant. The cashier seemed to think I was trying to get a lower price when I asked about the cost of a Nike shirt with a missing tag. It took her about 25 minutes to ring me up because she was searching for the tag, which I found annoying. The manager wasn't much help either. I understand they need to determine the price of items, but having to search through all their Nike inventory for a missing tag feels inefficient. I initially considered not taking the shirt due to the wait, but after standing there for so long, I felt obligated. When she finally finished ringing me up, she rushed through a spiel about upcoming sales, and I was internally frustrated and just wanted her to stop talking. Overall, it was quite a...
Read moreSecond time shopping here and items are significantly lower quality than my previous visit. 75% of the store is SHEIN items, cheap clothing that is very poor quality. The XL and "plus sizes" are severely lacking, even with the "brand new" non-resale merchandise they have in the store. There are significantly fewer options for even a size large compared to their small and medium. The dressing rooms are tiny and don't have a stool, chair, or anything to put your street clothes or purse on. Even with putting my clothes and purse on one of 3 hooks in the dressing room, being unable to sit was painful as I have a temporary disability and I don't think they accounted for anyone having mobility issues/disabilities in designing the dressing room. I found two items and was impressed by the current sale and prices, but finding items is hard when my size has so little clothing and everything else is a scrap of...
