I try not to leave businesses a low rated review, but after multiple visits to this place, I couldn't hold it any longer. Today I got a full set & have done so in the past. I go here because it's convenient, but will not anymore. I've noticed many occasions the salon is not clean or updated and I swear the files are the same, dull files from the past 6 years. The polishes are the same and Amy's attitude and level of service is poor. She also talks about the clients in her language alot & the whole place needs to be shut down. The owner is very ignorant and doesn't honor prices at all!!! You tell them what you want and they still do whatever they want and expect you to pay more to correct their mistake. The most hood shop you can go to but don't believe the price they tell you before the service rendered. When you first come they'll do anything they can to make you feel welcomed, but when you become a regular, get ready for the issues on your 3rd visit. I truly wish you can...

I am rating Amy’s at five stars because of Kim the eyebrow specialist and my pedicure experience. Unfortunately both times I got my nails done they were not up to the quality standards that I prefer and like. My full set was uneven, bulky and low quality.
