When I inquired about the prices, it seemed as if I was disturbing them. The lady handed me a pedicure pricing list. I was asking about a total spa package.. A gentleman, walked in and finally pointed to a list on the wall. I said, thank you, thats what I was inquiring about. The elderly lady they put me with, seemed like she was an aunt who filled in for today. I had to ask her to actually clean under my toe nails, she only did the two I pointed to. "What color do you want?" I'd like a solid color with a white French tip. After the two young women translated to the older tech, I was advised I have to get gel. "No, I dont want gel, just color." That will be extra. Ok. Well, when they verified I wanted a regular manicure, again, the sighs were like I was bothering them. The older laid not only did my manicure in record time, I refused to even ask for cuticle softeren, or for them to clean the bowl that she wanted ne to soak my hands in, and God forbid she actually clran under my nails. You guessed, I got none of that. This manicure looks like.my niece was practicing on me. No. I did not complain. I was silent the whole time. I figured, it would only get worse. So, when I clarified, I thought I asked for a white French tip🤔? Oh, you will get it after your solid color with the top coat on dry 🤦🏾‍♀️. Well, she finally gave me my tip, the older lady asked me to sit in the chair, the lady who came to it, said no, she squatted down on the floor. She saw the jacked up nail polish that is in bumps and clumps on my toe....not to mention the cuticles all over the edge of my toes. I pointed, she smacked her teeth, said something to the old lady in their language and walked away. The old lady ran, got some water and a brush and watered over the cuticles. The then put me to dry my nails, said that would be $50.00. I asked, "Am I not able to get my waxing?" She looked at me like I had two heads and said, "You want waxing?" I said, "Thats OK, all just pay for this." She takes my credit card, charges me more than she quoted and I am so furious, I just sat here and did a review. Oh. You ask how I got here? Well, my regular place, happened to have a power outage 1 hr before my appointment. My schedule didn't allow me to reschedule, I looked at reviews and came here. I wont even begin on the dirtiest of this place. Wasn't everyone supposed to clean because of Covid-19? The dust is so thick, I see dead bug bodies, dried to almost dust on this table. They will never have to worry about getting my money or time ever again. Now, to go find a place to get my eyebrows...

Yes chic nail may be close to my house but unfortunately they do poor services. I will never ever get my chin wax through this dirty facility My Sister told me that waxing your chin last longer than a razor. Well I am here to let u know that after the wax deal this bum lazy wax on razor off used a straight razor on skin and it took forever to get my skin by to part from the straight razor . Thank you sister but no thank you chic mails only if you had presented to me know B 4 hand that you where in the motion of this after all I ask you how where going to perform this services. I don't think I would allow anyone to experiment on my face so long as waxing is on the earth. Try it some one else or your colleagues and since I live close I am going to be walking through to see how they turn out. I am here to let you know that I clean houses plus office cleaning this would be a great part time job to clean your shop I have all of my own equipment I will be checking with I know I don't have to do a application cause no one in there has to do one everyone came in from over seas straight to the bAck of the store and wake up to stArt work so why can't I just walk in from the front door and start work charger...

Me and my best friend went to get our feet done. The customer service was trash and the service it self was trash. They wouldn’t give me my money back because I did not get any polish on my toes at all. They stop doing my best friend toes because I didn’t wanna pay up front before our service is finished. She literally stop and started texting or her phone. Me and my best friend is confused of why she stopped. Then the man was watching me as I was sending half of the total for them to finish me and my best friend toes. The total was $140 and I sent $70. The lady would did my feet agree that if I send half they would finish our feet. After I sent it they would send my best friend feet until I paid in full, which what we didn’t agree on. They basically was trying to get over on me. But I let it be because I’m getting ready to celebrate my 2 cancer free anniversary and I just didn’t want anything...
