Worst experience ever tonight around 9:30pm. When I pulled into the drive thru upon ordering my meal... the order speaker was hard to hear through.
Secondly, I got to the window to receive my food and they had me sitting with the window closed, never said that it'll be a wait or anything.
When the lady came to the window she said nothing to me except for telling me the price of my meal.
After paying for my meal the lady returned my debit card and closed the window, never said anything to me about me having to wait for 15 mins before receiving my meal.
The lady then came to the window and passed me my drinks as I said thank you to her, she clearly heard me and didn't think to part her lips to say you're welcome.
I then waited for an additional 5 mins or so before actually receiving my total meal. The lady opened the window handed me my food I again thanked her and she again didn't part her lips.
That was awful customer service skills, and I'm sure when she signed up for the job, that was never supposed to be done in that manner.
I wanted everyone to be aware of the rude service I recieved tonight.
I probably will go back one day but, if I do and I receive the same service I will be making...

The problem is not the food, (even though they do need to ease up on the Salt)... it's no communication within, no organization, lack of customer service skills. How do you spend 4 minutes giving a very detailed order, and get to the pickup window, to find that your order was never placed in the system!! Needless to say, I had to "pull up" and wait for the order,...after 10 minutes elapsed with no contact,..I went back into the drive-thru to finally retrieve my order! Read moreLady who took my order never gave me a price or said thanks... Man who took my payment never said anything to me. Opened the window and showed me his palm for payment. Never told me a price... I gave him the benefit of a doubt, maybe he'd at least give me a receipt and say thanks when he handed my card back? No he didn't.
When he handed me my food, I asked "is the receipt in the bag?" . He looked at me puzzled and said, "printer is broke"... Okaaay... I asked if I could know how much I paid. He mumbled out a price and closed the window.
Yeeeah, no thanks. Food was fine, but the service was a huge turn off. I get it, teens now aren't cheerful anymore, but at the VERY LEAST you should let me know how much I'm paying. Maybe explain that you can't give receipts? Say...
