It’s been a few times I went there throughout the years and the food wasn’t up to perfect standards. Just like anywhere else. But the thing is, right is right and wrong is wrong. Any time I’ve ever had any kind of issues with the freshness or quality of my food. They always correct that issue. That’s one thing I can say about Panda Express. They do honor their food satisfaction guarantee rule. If you’re not satisfied, and somethings wrong, unlike a lot of these fast food places that’ll sell you “trash food” 🍱 and then harass you about saying something about the freshness and quality of what you’re paying for. Nobody wanna buy trash food. Times are too hard to be wasting your money on food that you’re not satisfied with or cannot consume. If that’s the case, I’d rather give that money to someone that really needs it. Because that’s all you’re doing is giving your money away…

I ordered the orange chicken and rice with sauce added at the end. The server provided such a small amount, i had to request more. But a man was served before me didnt have to make a request for more orange chicken bc she served him a healthy helping. I should have onserved her name so i could have added it on this review but it was my fault. Women and men can eat the same portions and there should be no discrimination in the food industry. WOW! I'm appalled i had to request more food for my money and the man steps up and gets his worth. I wont be back to purchase anything else without my son to get me a healthy portion. Panda Express should monitor the behavior of their servers with regard to food servings. Either we (men and women) receive the same serving or its discrimination plain and simple. Consequently, i was charged the same but didnt receive the same serving without the request. What i was going to get was a pail gull of rice for $16? Change your practices or employees Panda Express or youre going to have a complaint or bad review...

This place would always get five stars from be for food quality and portion size-especially for the money. However, lately I've been turned away before what is supposed to be closing time. On Google, the closing time is listed as 9p.m. on Saturdays, but that's not completely accurate. The drive thru is supposed to close at nine and the walk-in restaurant portion is scheduled to close at 8:30. What happens when I race up from downtown (several times recently), making it there well before nine? I'm met with a sign that says the drive thru is closed for maintenance. So, the place closed at 8:30! One time I waited in line at the drive thru for over ten minutes, finally arriving at the window at 8:59p.m. I was told with a flat expression and no sympathy or consideration, that "We're closed." Really?! I'll definitely be calling to see if management is aware. Service is nothing like that in...
