When i went 3 weeks ago it was for an appt to get fingerprinted. The entire plaza looked different to me because they remodeled. Where burlington used to be is no longer a building just a walk way outside. The 3 stars is more so about my visit to CJIS. Again i wasn't properly prompted on what to expect or where to go since obviously everything is different to protect ppl against covid19. So i was just completely thrown off when i got there because the address is on 2 buildings one near the end of the plaza and the other on the backside. I was directed to the proper building by security. In that building another security guy was at a table in the hall with no signage explaining what his purpose was. It wasnt until i attempted to enter a door marked "fingerprinting" did he stop me and ask me what i was there for. He then told me to sign in and then reached under his desk for something. I didn't know what it was until it was in my face, it was a temporal thermometer or so i thought, so i asked him to sanitize it first. Which he did with an attitude, the attitude was because it wasn't a temporal thermometer it was some new age thing they just put near ur head without it touching you. He could have just explained the procedure before he attempted to do it and his attitude would have been spared. There's more to this disaster; but as far as the overall plaza, it was closed so i couldnt go inside and the same businesses and fast food spots that were there 5yrs ago are pretty much all still there. Word to the wise its best to ask as many questions when setting up appts in places like this; specifically ask what covid19 procedures are in place. Save urself the...
Read moreMy sister and I had to go to Vital Records on Reisterstown Road this morning and get a copy of my twin nieces original birth certificates.
We planned ahead attempting to arrive at the Vital Records office 15 minutes or so before opening (8am) so that we would be towards the front of the line and not have to spend hours trying to get the birth certificates. Due to traffic, we didn't end up arriving at the office until about 8:20am.
Surprisingly, the office was not packed at all and we were able to fill out the forms in the front vestibule, be directed to a window to turn the forms in and pay for the birth certificates and we were given a number to wait for the completed certificates.
A mere 7 to 8 minutes later, we were called back up to the window where we were presented with the completed original birth certificates. Total time spent in the office could not have exceeded 20 to 25 minutes at most.
Every staff member was super friendly and very helpful. We had much more a pleasant experience than either of us had anticipated and I wanted to write this review because I am grateful for the nice experience we had and so that the staff will know that their friendliness and helpfulness did not go...
Read moreGlobal Consulting Services is a background check & finger printing service provider located inside of the Reisterstown Rd Plaza on the food court side. I arrived before the posted opening time of 9:00A.M. They still opened late with customers outside waiting. The operator was very rude & demanding & non customer friendly. He did not give clear instructions of what was expected. He dumped clear gel into the palm of my hand & just looked at me with no explanation. Now me not being an employee of this establishment was unaware of what this gel was or if it was for the processing of the finger prints or what..again no explanation. He then rudely said "you know what you need to do" ???? Really Sir. I know as a human being that you need a new career & an attitude adjustment. Worse place to do business with. The only plus was that the receptionist was courteous & pleasant too bad though I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place...
