I go to this Popeyes all the time, but today was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wanted to try the new chicken wraps that they had and when I got up to the register the cashier or said that they were out not a big deal so I just ordered something else, but as I was waiting in line, I saw people and heard people ordering the wraps and receiving them not only that people that ordered after me were receiving their food before me when I mentioned something to the manager about having the wraps, she said oh we’re just out of lettuce and I’m like well you need to communicate communicate better to your cashiers because I still would’ve purchased them regardless of the lettuce She said that she would take care of it if I ordered it again, but then that same cashier got into an argument with another customer so I decided to leave this Popeyes food is always good but they need work on their customer service and...
Read moreI would give a 0 if I could. I went through the drive thru last night. My experience was ok until I got to the window. First once the bag was given to me we checked everything. We were missing sauces that came with the meal and a side. We asked for extra sauces and immediately were met with attitude and responses like “whatever”. We then advised we were missing a side. Mind you the order was repeated at the intercom and the receipt matched the order. They argued with us and took an additional 7 min to bring the side we paid for. Then argued about the sauces we requested and lied about the price. We asked for 3 sauces she charged us for two after the 5th attempt of asking and continuously being met with attitude. Read morePopeye's you have underwhelmed my expectations, I ordered a fish flounder sandwich that was advertised in the window of the store and 2 sides, I was informed that they did not have this item. When I inquired further about the availability of the item, the cashier, afrer staring into the cash register screen as if it had put her under hypnosis said that they will not have this item in the foreseeable future or it is discontinued. I don't know if it was her accent or the unsure tone in her voice but anyway. I ordered 2 sides instead. She left the register for 10 minutes , and after staring at sides that were six feet from me someone asked what I was waiting for, I showed my receipt and was given my food.
