The Steak Fish sandwich from Eddie's is delish! Also the fried chicken, chicken n' dumplings and western fries from Chuckie's is amazing. Their chicken is way better than Hip Hop. They have a little Bakery with new owners and the desserts are fantastic! I LOVE their banana pudding and the Fruity Pebbles cake. The only issue with them is that their hours vary. It's a hit or miss. Half the time they hardly have any baked goods even made up. You would think that the best sellers like the banana pudding, would always be made up. I wish they would get it because, everything I've tried...

Hollins Market once had over 15 vendors selling chicken, beef, veg, candy, fresh fish, hot food all kind of stuff. Now once 7 vendors. No fish only one selling chicken and turkey parts and one with beef meat. One veg dealer and one selling hot food mainly hot dogs and wings. In a few years I fear this market will be gone. Most vendors say it's the rent they have to pay. But maybe it was the newspaper article which came out about 2 years ago with video of a rodent problem...
