I've been coming to the university of md dental school , for teeth correction. I had braces, then switched to invisiligns. I had a resident doctor named Dr. Omari, who was great. He finished his training and transferred my records to another resident named Diana Lee. It took her almost 2 months to get my retainers , so my teeth started shifting back again. She never should've ordered a retainer until she reordered another invisilign tray to straighten them back up. What she's does is lie and say " Your teeth look very pretty'. I took pictures of my teeth before Dr. Omari left. I need to make sure i take one for now. This resident Dr. Lee seems not to be fond of Dr. Harmon, who is a doctor that supervises the residents. In my opinion, he is absolutely fantastic. He's very friendly, he actually put on gloves and inspects your teeth and if you have a complaint, he offers suggestions to help correct the issue. Resident ,Dr. Lee doesn't seem to like this particular doctor giving her advice. She told me it's not good to have braces/ invisiligns on for a long time. I don't have invisilugns on now, i have retainers on but i need a tray to straighten my teeth back up. This is something that should've been done before ordering a retainer. She also seems to only want Dr. Jenkins to supervise her. He's very unfriendly, he doesn't look at this patients teeth, he never ask if i have any issues, he barely even speaks. He stands over top with his hands crossed for less than a minute and walks away, after Lee says whatever she wants. Then some other doctor came over my last visit Dr. Bosica, i believe. He tells me i cannot change the doctor and i need to force myself to stop my tongue from pushing on my teeth. I've seen Dr. Harmon 3x already and nothing was said. Also, how the ---- am i supposed to do stop my tongue, when it happens when I'm sleep. I wake up with my tongue pushing on my front teeth, this is why Dr. Omar requested tongue thrust on my retainers to help me. Another thing is, i had already spoken to a director who gave me the ok, too see Dr. Harmon instead of Dr. Jenkins. I've paid my money and now this particular resident and her buddies, seem to think I'm supposed to accept crooked teeth and go about my business. Nope, I'm not going to do that. I will say this, i don't believe this happens to everyone that comes here. I believe I'm being targeted for certain reasons. Didn't have this issue at all with Dr. Omar. I honestly wish i had gone to a doctor who already had experience and just paid the extra money because in the end, I'm getting no satisfaction , I'm very unhappy and they do not care. I will post pictures on my follow up...

Nothing else to offer till 8am. Which is a lie I seen empty beds. Here to get help and now I have to worry about added...
Read moreThe doctors the staff and the people that work there are are some of the nicest most helpful people in any Healthcare System that I've ever been associated with. Most of the time even if you arrive a little bit early or late for your appointment they get you in and out as soon as possible and they're always checking afterwards through text messages or emails about how your treatment was and if you are having...
