Enoch Pratt Free Library - Washington Village Branch — Attraction in Baltimore

I hadn't been to a library since my teenage years so when my neighbor mentioned this library, I decided it was time for me to sign up for a new library card so I could get my "bookworm" on. The employees that work there are very friendly and extremely nice. I even had an emergency where I needed large papers printed and they were able to do it for me. They have a vast amount of books to read from historical to romance, dvds, audiobooks. However, I feel like this location is closed more than it's open. The last time I checked out books, I had to return them in the outside drop box since it was closed (again) and I was almost charged for those books because the drop box wasn't being checked regularly. I walked there a couple of days ago only to find out it's closed again for renovations? How is that beneficial for adults and children who like to read but don't have transportation to get to one of the other locations that's...

Love the energy love the service love the cleanliness. And never have to worry about my grandchildren being exposed to homeless people or drug addicts at this branch. Don't get me wrong they will allow them to come in and used a computer charge their phones. But by no means are they allowed to come in disrupted library get high in the library.
