Nail Trix — Local services in Baltimore

I started going to pinky at another location before this one. I followed her here because i thought she'd be a good fit for me and it was close actually. great been a little like a year or so and the first thing that i didn't like is she constantly over charged me for a fill in as if i'm getting a fullset everytime. i had to ask what she was charging me for and then it changed. then as i get my nails done they stare as if they haven't seen black people listen to music like me and tats/piercings. barely greet you at the door and doesn't even allow kids. this is an example of others using black people for profit but don't care at all about us as consumers. so now i got my nails done oct 21st and i was gon to go before thanksgiving but my pinky finger had came off outta nowhere from the bed. didn't really think much of it until two more came from underneath the skin which is ridiculous. i love my nails i wanted them to grow so the nail can be fully mines and wouldn't have to wear the tips anymore just acrylic. i decided to contact pinky personally, you would've thought she cared im spending about $200 every 2 weeks. she clearly through it off as it i was no one of importance to her. our people need to stop supporting non caring, inconsiderate business that don't respect the black dollar. they'll take our money and act like we owed it to them. my real nails has never came off from the bed until her and all she basically said was i can find someone else. i was very shocked because she damn near takes a picture of my nails and design i presented for my money/advertisement. This was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. She cut my nails way too short and half of them are crooked. They were also deceiving about their prices. I was told a basic pedicure was $23 when I walked in and said that was what I wanted. Then the person who did my pedicure showed me a menu of various pedicures and I pointed to what I thought was the basic. However, when I checked out they said I had chosen the spa pedicure...they pulled out the menu again to show me and the basic pedicure wasn't even listed even though they verbally quoted it to me in the beginning. They charged me $35 for a spa pedicure which is a joke. The woman barely rubbed lotion into my legs, there was nothing pampering or spa like about it!! I had picked a polish and at some point the woman went and changed the polish I had chosen to something she thought was similar and she said something to me while polishing about the name which was different than what I had picked but I couldn't understand her and ultimately the color was way lighter than what I picked. I didn't have time to get her to re-polish them with the right color! I will never go back and don't...

I was completely over charged for my nails they charge $20 for silver coloring not even the chrome powder and five dollars extra for using Apple Pay or the card machine and the silver color was mixed with clear to make it shiny so I don’t think it was worth $20 for just the color they completely got over and when I told them they did nothing they were rude and I did not like my service I would not recommend this nail salon at all I recommend lux on green mount or T&T nails on monument I’ve never paid $215 in a nail salon in my life and this is the most plain nail set that I’ve ever had there were no diamonds, no jewelry nothing on the nails and the color on my feet looks darker than on my nails and it’s supposed to be...
