This place have been one of my favorites since I was a teenager. The owners are great people. But the personals, they have working are the worse! It seems the owner sides with them for any nonsense. Very unprofessional and not customer satisfaction oriented. If you don’t involve yourself in their soap opera conversations, your not a person they want to do your nails! Called for a fill in and pedicure and sat till they felt like it! Taking others before me. Owner then cared less that it was 7:30 and I had a 5:30 appointment and still waiting. When asked he said maybe tomorrow? So I decided to leave, called him to see if I could come in the am and he said they had appointments? So, do they only do manicures and no pedicures if the personal don’t like you? Worse ever. Take your money else where. Plenty of places in this area who actually cares for the statifationof...

For the past 16 years I have been a patron of Misa nails, I have watched the owner Tom children go from grade school to Middle School to high school and even to college. Safe to say that I always feel welcome there is an understatement I never have any issues with my nails I always get the best compliments on them and I know for a fact that he is putting gel nails on my fingertips not acrylic and calling them gel. If you want a good nail technician you must go to this place you will not regret...

Today was my first time going there and i am happy i.did go because Tom did a wonderful job. I was only going for a filling and he told me that my old nails looked horrible he asked where did i go? " i told him lucky one's nail salon" he told me my nails need to be redone because i was gonna get fungus if i didn't change them which he gave me a good deal for the real gel nails. Not them other nails i had on that lucky one's lied to me about. But overall i am happy i went to Misa nails i def...
