The doctors were very nice there. When I went there for my regular Dr appointment I was having trouble with strength in legs and arms. I was diagnosed with Myasthenia gravis. The doctors took care of me and made sure I was getting the right treatment after being admitte. Nursing staff is definitely short staffed. Called the nurse to get a bed pan and it would take 10-15 min for a nurse. I think they are a little disorganized. The cooking staff is understaffed. Terrible! Absolutely terrible. I came in at 11am-12pm and was never seen by a doctor. I was in there for 12 hours. It doesn’t make any sense. Then, I had to keep asking for pain medication that I never got. I asked for it for three hours. They never discussed anything with me. It’s ridiculous! And then they couldn’t even simply give me a stretcher to lay on. The stretchers that were completely unused. They also took patients in-front of me. I will never be coming back here. We (wife and elderly father) stopped by in July 2024 to dine in without seeing patients. We werr hungry. We used main lobby and encountered security guard. We werent allowed to go in because we need to have a reason other than dining to gain entrance. The website siggested we can visit the hospital for dining in so I dont know why we got turned away.
