Mama Mias — Restaurant in Baltimore

Everybody is nice and polite good food only thing is they never answer the phone then you drive by it’s not crowded and you wondering why nobody’s picking up the phone Also, one of the owners takes orders and hand out the bags to the people that already paid so I’m not sure why they can’t never answer the phone people who call in are just as important as the ones who standing in the restaurant, I have a business and when someone places a order in front of me, you take that order then when someone call you take that order then the other person That’s in line comes next they missing out on money, just my personal opinion The food is good though Friendly people and it’s clean they just need to get better at answering the phone Most people work everybody can’t get in the restaurant to wait 15-20 minutes to order in person because you have so much short time for lunch that the only way you can get good food is if you call it in but once again, no one...

It is just sad that ppl are offered a job to run other people's businesses, they were very rude and uncaring, I and my family were at Johns Hopkins last night with my daughter who was sick, as we are waiting we decided to get food only to walk in on 2 very unprofessional nasty young ladies who were both on their phone talking, we are asking for service and all we got was their ignorance and then they disrespected us as though we were in the wrong, I’m so tired of being miss treated by people who are so uncaring and rude at a business that I'm trying to support!! I will never go to this location or any for that...

Good quantity food with an okay quality. I had gotten their cheese ravioli, one of their few vegetarian options, and it was one of the more soupy americanized red sauce cheese raviolis. It was also served with a generously sized cheesy garlic bread (that probably had a bit too much butter on it). The wait after order was made was rather long given the item ordered and that the place wasn't particularly crowded. I think given the location and size of the place, it is 3.5 stars; compared to other restaurants, it would probably be closer to 2-3 stars. I would probably come again for some...
