Your bottle return room is disgusting. I have to wash my shoes everytime after going here. I only go here because I’m returning them for work. 2. Your staff is generally wonderful. Except for your off duty employee in the bottle return today. Who was behind me in line with her boyfriend and 2 bags of bottles. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to come empty the dumb machines because none were working, I tossed my bottles by the machine I was using to go find someone. I come back and your rude off duty employee behind me, thin with glasses and a braid, fixed two machines and proceeded to use both of them for her and her boyfriend with their two bags of bottles. Knowing I was in front of them and says “hopefully someone comes and fixes that one”. Which her boyfriend just found hilarious. Since I was coming from work and in my uniform I didn’t address it, because normally I would had. But I don’t want to negatively represent my employer, you’d think you’d teach your employees the same. It was disrespectful and so was her continued snarkiness and consistent cursing. My 76 year old mother went to Kroger Pharmacy to get her flu shot. She told the pharmacist three times NOT to give her the 65 and older shot because she is allergic to it. A few hours later at the ER my mother vomiting so bad she could not breath uncontrollable muscle movements and a numb tounge, 2 shots of morphine, 2 shots of antinausea meds and a liter of fluids they sent her home with some scripts. She went to Kroger Pharmacy to get the scripts and complain about the effects of the shot, they looked up her record and informed her that whomever had given her the shot had given her the 65 and older version. Thanks Kroger's for allowing me the horror of seeing my mom writing in pain, throwing up nonstop, her arms and legs flailing uncontrollably, and basically aspriating on her own vomit. Workers Ignore you and refuse to help , I was trying to buy my waters and the core waters are NY favorite but when I went to ring One up it was opened and had some ones name on it name Kayla and when I gave it to a worker she laughed and put it in the Cooler And instead dog helping me even take it off she ignored me as I kept trying to push the attendant button she never came and helped us we had to go get another worker completely and tell her what happened when I tried to call the customer service desk they put me on hold for over twenty minutes so I just gave up , the workers name was Grace And she was rude and completely thouhtbit was a laughing matter when I almost bought an opened water that had a worlds name on it . smh VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING AND COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT THE KROGERS ON EUCLID IN BAY CITY MICHIGAN ....
