Eat here if you enjoy being lied to and ripped off. I was there two hours before closing time to get a 16 pc bucket but they tell me I have to take 14 wings and a crispy breast that I don't want. I know how this works cuz I used to work a KFC. If there's leftover chicken at the end of the night, manager doesn't make her bonus but it's two hours before close so there should be plenty of chicken around. I tell her I don't want 14 wings, how long will it take to cook a new tray? 20 mins she says and I say no problem, I'll run an errand an come back. ALL OF A SUDDEN she has the right chicken to fill a bucket! Then tells me I have to take Cole slaw for two of my sides! Know why? Cuz they make more profit on slaw than taters n gravy and way more profit than on Mac n cheese. But I absolutely refused cuz slaw doesn't agree with me and only then did agree to give me Mac n cheese. $44 and I get home to learn u better count your chicken before you leave! I paid for 16 but only got 15 pcs. Not only that they shorted me a side. I called and they wouldn't answer - went to a computer. I called again...I think they let it ring 37 times. Finally they answered as rude as could be as if shorting my order was my fault! After arguing with me she finally agreed to replace the missing chicken and gravy and and comp me a another taters n gravy. They were so rude I just wanted to get out of there and honestly it never occurred to me a crew could be so incompetent as to mess up the same guys order twice in ten minutes but when I got home I see they shorted me the gravy AGAIN and they made me take the crispy piece that I refused to take in the first place!!!! Read moreI'm not sure what's happening but this particular location has really gone downhill recently. And I know I'm not the only one who has had issues with them. It seems most people I talk to have issues with them every time they go this location, including me. The only thing good about this place anymore is the food and most of the time by the time I get it, it's too cold to eat or my order is wrong but I'm not waiting another 30 mins for them to correct the issue. Service is very disappointing and takes an extremely long time to get your food. So much for FAST food! I'm talking over 30 mins in line at the drive thru or even inside when I order ahead through the app and go in to pick it up! 😡 The employees are rarely friendly and never greet you when you walk in the door or are waiting at the register. I usually have to wait a couple of minutes, if not more, before an employee deigns to appear at the register and take my order. They also are extremely rude nor do they apologize or offer to replace food when issues occur and IT'S THEIR FAULT! This includes the manager on duty. I definitely do not recommend the Euclid location and have no plans on coming back here until these issues are resolved and customer service/waiting times...

Manager on duty is Amanda, but I was told there is more than one Amanda that works this location. The Manager didn’t even hand me my food or apologize for the plastic in my food. If corporate finds this review please send me a refund for my meal. I will gladly never come to this franchise again to spend my money.
Currently waiting for my receipt for my famous bowls I ordered. One bowl had a part of what looked like a plastic glove in it… yes I found the glove with my mouth. Yuck! Not to mention the other two bowls didn’t have any chicken in them just fried skin from the chicken and batter. All the manager on duty was willing to do was replace my bowls. I asked for a full refund and three additional bowls like I originally ordered but the manager on duty refused because she said she’s not allowed to replace food and refund food. Last time I checked most places will reimburse your money and will give you a new meal because they screwed up. I am not impressed. I may not return to this...
