Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bangor Township

If you want to pay for delivery and never receive your order or a refund this Bay City Pizza Hut is the place for you. After ordering through pizza hut they suppsudly pass their delivery off to doordash and it disappears. Someone claiming to be a General Manager told me her name is Apple and her Area reps name is Sean. She still has not cancelled the order or refunded like she has said multiple times. I have tried to call the number she gave me for the area rep and she was the one who answered. When asking for Sean, she said to hold a minute. I waited on hold for 10 minutes then was hung up on. Calling back she doesn't answer. I'm sure this is a running scam by this point. When contacting the pizza hut online chat center they have been no help. Just telling us to bring the email receipt into the store which does no good when Apple is the contact in store. Ordered online. Placed pizza order and in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTION" box, I noted to PLEASE BAKE PIZZA CRUST WELL DONE. Pizza showed up barely cooked, almost under cooked. I had to pan fry the pizza slices to get any color or crunch to the pan crust. I did call the location to tell them the pizza wasnt prepared the way I specified, so they offered a remake and sent a new pizza. The outter crust was better the 2nd time around but the pizza crust underneath was still under cooked and almost soggy. We ended up throwing it out. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. The ironic thing was, I was gonna place my order elsewhere, but Pizza Hut had a better special. I wont be making that mistake again. We usually enjoy getting pizza and have never had an issue, but tonight was concerning. I walked in to get our carryout order and was appalled and speechless. One employee was wearing Crocs for shoes and the second was gross. He came in wearing a taco bell T-shirt. Looked like an employee shirt, carrying his taco bell order and went to kitchen area. He proceed to make 3 personal pan pizzas wearing no gloves. Reaching a nto food, shaking excess and doing it 3 times! I was glad my order was done and not the next order. Where had his hands been?
