Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a bit of a mishap that caused a lot of stress I'm sure on both parties part when I brought my board in for a tune up. Some lack of proper communication on their part and lack of observation on my part led to a very unexpected exchange but I'm very happy with the demeanor that the staff handled themselves with through it. Turned out to not be at the fault of anyone but one of those universal glitches type of thing. The professionalism even through me thinking that they had done me wrong and I'm sure them also wondering how we were so out of sync is worth my return business for sure. A few nights before that I had the pleasure of working with a few of the employees to get me set up for learning and it was a very pleasant experience all around.

Read moreToday I was described against because I have a medical condition. I have spoken with the ADA and the advised me to file a formal complaint against the company. I have mild Terret, a medical condition that causes me to have rapid and irregular breathing. When wearing a mask for more than a few minutes this “tick” is intensified. I have tried wearing a mask numerous times but it affects my breathing to the point where I have had to sit down due to dizziness. I understand that it might make some people uncomfortable and I do try to give 6 feet when at all possible. Terret along with other medical conditions are not always as obvious as people may think, and are difficult enough to live with on a daily basis. My girlfriend wanted some information on new bindings and expressed she wasn't ready to buy quite yet. I was so impressed by the amount of information and education they gave her knowing they weren't going to make a sale that night.
